Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days:

  • in the case of sales contracts for goods, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods,

  • in the case of contracts for several goods of a single order that are delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

Personalized products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This includes, in particular, personalized engravings, individual name tags, custom-made products, and similar items.

Digital content

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if

  • you have expressly agreed that we begin with the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period,

  • you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent,

  • and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

This includes, in particular:

  • PDF files

  • PNG files

  • SVG files

  • STL files

  • digital templates

  • digital downloads

  • digital planners

  • digital role-playing materials

  • digital craft templates

As soon as the download has been provided and the legal requirements are met, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
